Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out what you may and may not do with Api-Tech. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited content

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualised content involving minors.
  • Content that incites or facilitates violence, terrorism, or hatred against protected groups.
  • Targeted harassment, doxxing, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Disinformation campaigns, deceptive impersonation, or election interference.

2. Prohibited use cases

  • Generating malware, exploits, or instructions to attack systems you do not own.
  • Producing biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons information.
  • Automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without human review (e.g. credit, employment, healthcare) absent appropriate safeguards.
  • Mass surveillance or social scoring of individuals.
  • Scraping personal data in violation of applicable law.

3. Platform integrity

  • No attempts to bypass rate limits, quotas, billing, or safety filters.
  • No reverse engineering of model weights or fine-tuned artefacts.
  • No reselling raw API access without a written agreement with Api-Tech.

4. Security

Report vulnerabilities to [email protected]. We operate a coordinated disclosure programme and do not pursue legal action for good-faith research that complies with our policy.

5. Enforcement

We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. Severe violations (e.g. CSAM) result in immediate termination and, where required by law, notification to authorities.

6. Reporting abuse

Report violations to [email protected]. Include URLs, account identifiers if known, and a brief description.
