Refund Policy

We back every plan with a 14-day money-back guarantee. This page explains how it works and how to request a refund.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Api-Tech within 14 days of your first purchase, you can request a full refund of that purchase. The guarantee applies to your first paid order on each account.

2. Eligibility

  • Request must arrive within 14 calendar days of the original payment.
  • Available once per customer / organisation.
  • Accounts suspended for breach of our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible.
  • Bulk credit purchases above 100,000 credits are subject to a pro-rata refund based on consumption.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
  2. Include the invoice number and a short note about the reason.
  3. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days.

4. Method of refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For bank transfers, we refund to the IBAN that originated the payment. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not refundable.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel renewals at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused credits remain valid until expiry.

6. Statutory rights

Consumers in the EU/EEA enjoy a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Where applicable, that right applies in addition to this Policy.
