1. Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing credits you agree to these Terms with Api-Tech AI Systems Sp. z o.o., Święty Marcin 29/8, 61-806 Poznań, Poland (KRS, NIP and REGON available on request). If you act on behalf of an organisation, you represent you have authority to bind it.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18+ and provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials safe.
- We may require additional verification (KYC/AML) for higher tiers.
3. Credits, plans and billing
- Credits are prepaid units consumed by API calls and dashboard actions.
- Prices are shown in your selected currency at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.
- Bank transfer orders are activated once funds are received and reconciled.
- Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase unless your plan states otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, with or without notice depending on severity.
5. Customer content
You retain all rights to content you submit. You grant Api-Tech a limited licence to process it strictly to provide the Service. We do not use customer content to train shared models.
6. Service levels
Production plans include a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA with credits as the sole remedy. Maintenance windows are announced in advance.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in production. Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Api-Tech in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. Upon termination, sections that by their nature survive will continue to apply.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poznań, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
